Ceramic Coated Maintenance Wash

A safe maintenance wash for ceramic-coated vehicles. Removes dirt while preserving the ceramic coating and minimising the risk of introducing swirl marks. No polishing or abrasive products are used.

Preparation

Park in the shade.
Ensure paint is cool to the touch.
Prepare buckets with grit guards and shampoo.
Prepare foam cannon with pre-wash.
Lay out drying and buffing towels.
Check all products are within reach.

Warnings

Avoid any product containing wax or gloss enhancers — these mask the coating's hydrophobic behaviour.
Do not clay unless absolutely necessary; claying removes coating.
Do not let snow foam dry on hot panels.
Frequency: every 2–4 weeks. Ceramic topper every 2–3 months or when beading reduces.
